Agency’s partner A. Jonkus shares his insights on reputation management in T. Langham new book

We are starting 2019 with great news – Tony Langham, public relations specialist, co-founder and Chief Executive of reputation management consultancy Lansons just released a new book “Reputation management. The future of corporate communications and public relations“. Agency’s partner Artūras Jonkus, who presented one of the 39 case studies on the book, participated in the book’s release event in London.

A. Jonkus shared his practical insights about created and managed Russian oil corporation “Yukos” reputation in Central and East Europe – Baltic states, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia and Austria in 2001–2004. The main task, as A. Jonkus has described, was to build the reputation of Yukos as a modern corporation, managed according to international business standards. The biggest challenge was to change the negative and skeptical public opinion about Russian companies in Central and East Europe. However, in three years the main goal was accomplished, and Yukos became the corporation which is open, transparent and fits into international business standards.

T. Langham – the Chief Executive of Lansons and the author of the book works in PR and reputation management for more than 35 years. During this period Lansons has won over 70 industry awards and for the last 14 years has been named as one of the 50 best medium-sized businesses to work for in the UK. PR Week named T. Langham as one of the 300 most influential PR professionals in the world in its Global Power Book in 2016 and 2017.

As the author says, reputation management is the future of public relations and cooperative communication. More interesting perceptions and practical examples about shaping reputation and its control and impact on public relations are presented in this book. Have a good read!
