Gediminas’ letters about Vilnius could undoubtedly be called the first international communication project of this city to attract foreign business.
During the festive period this year, we worked with Vilnius Women’s Home crisis center, contributing to their support initiative “Laimingi mūsų namai” (“Our Happy Home”).
The goal of the initiative is to create changes that will help people in Lithuania to feel happy and safe. It encourages victims of violence to have the courage and self-confidence to seek help from the community and the state.
“It’s wonderful to celebrate the year’s greatest festivities in a better and safer Lithuania. With just a little work from each of us, together we can contribute to a happier society,” says Rita Saunorytė Norutienė, managing partner at Agency 1323.
More than 40 Lithuanian artists volunteered to contribute to the project “Our Happy Home” by creating electronic greetings cards. The funds received from these cards are used to support the activities of the Vilnius Women’s Home crisis center.
“During the festive season, it is important to remember that there are people for whom our time and support can be the greatest Christmas miracle,” says Rita Saunorytė Norutienė, managing partner of Agency 1323, about the support given by the company last Christmas.
To spread some festive spirit, the agency’s team decided to collaborate with the support and charity foundation Mamų unija (“Mothers’ union”), which cares for Lithuanian children with oncological diseases. The team delighted the agency’s dearest and most valued clients and colleagues by sending them Christmas cards issued by the foundation.
It has been a pleasure to share our happiness, warmth and caring with others – especially knowing that for these people, it can be a vital and invaluable gift. Let’s spread kindness together!
After creating a warm friendship with Varėna children center „Versmė“ we wanted to encourage kids creativity, so we invited them to draw their dreams hike.
We are glad to present our new partner – Lithuanian Soldiers and Veterans Association (Lietuvos karių ir veteranų asociacija).
We have established a successful and socially responsible cooperation with the Lithuanian Red Cross Society.
Rita Saunorytė Norutienė, Manager of Agency 1323, and Jūrate Tamašauskienė, Director of Vilnius day care centre for the disabled people Šviesa, signed sponsorship and cooperation agreement.
